Supplier scorecard

A supplier scorecard is a repeatable view of supplier performance or risk against defined measures, weights, periods, evidence sources, targets, and ownership. Measures can cover quality, delivery, service, cost, responsiveness, compliance, innovation, or risk. The score should support discussion and action; it should not hide missing data or substitute one aggregate number for judgment.
