Vraj Chhabhaya is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of VendrNova. He is responsible for translating company strategy into a coordinated operating system across commercial planning, Platform priorities, implementation, delivery, finance, people, and the business systems that support growth.

His work centers on the connection between VendrNova’s U.S. executive and commercial leadership and its product, engineering, implementation, and delivery capabilities in India. He establishes the operating cadence for shared priorities, clarifies decision ownership, and helps teams move from plans to accountable execution. That includes launch readiness, cross-functional dependencies, internal controls, systems adoption, and the follow-through required after a customer or company decision is made.

At VendrNova, Vraj also supports the practical infrastructure of a growing enterprise technology company. He works across planning, performance review, finance and operating workflows, people processes, vendor relationships, and internal tooling so each function can work from a consistent set of priorities and responsibilities. His role is not to collapse specialist ownership; it is to make the handoffs between specialists visible and manageable.

Vraj’s operating philosophy is grounded in clarity and disciplined follow-through. He believes teams perform best when the objective, owner, evidence, decision point, and next action are explicit. That approach mirrors VendrNova’s customer promise: keep the operating thread intact while people remain accountable for the decisions that move work forward.
