Spend visibility

Spend visibility is the ability to review in-scope purchasing and payment activity with enough classification, ownership, supplier, category, timing, contract, and data-lineage context to support decisions. It is not merely a dashboard count. Coverage depends on connected sources, data quality, refresh timing, exclusions, and reconciliation, all of which should be made clear to users.
