Human-governed AI

Human-governed AI is the use of artificial intelligence within defined evidence, review, decision, escalation, and audit controls. In VendrNova’s approved public model, AI can assemble context, explain rationale, and prepare recommendations for authorized people to accept, edit, reject, escalate, or investigate further. It does not displace accountable human decision-makers or configured workflow authority.
